We are happy to cater for specific needs such as gluten-free or lactose-free diets. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to accommodate other allergies or intolerances.Please note that we do not offer vegan cuisine.
We would appreciate it if you could inform us of your wishes or special requirements before your arrival, so we can do our best to take them into consideration.
The rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 11am at the latest.
The local tax amounts to € 3.50 per guest per night (children under 15 years are exempt).
Payment of your hotel bill preferably in cash, we will also accept EG card, Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Please be aware of your foreign transaction limit.
Our rates are per guest and include the 3/4 gourmet board. For rooms with breakfast only, a reduction of € 15 per guest per day applies.
Single room supplement: € 30 per day.
For guests with gluten or lactose intolerance, a surcharge of € 15 per guest per day applies.
It is possible to stay in your room on the day of departure until 6 pm depending on availability. We will charge 50% of the booked category bed and breakfast price per person. Please make your request in advance on the reception.

When do the yoga sessions take place?
Yoga sessions are held every Monday and Thursday (from summer 2026, every Tuesday and Thursday).
Who can take part in Yoga?
Our classes are suitable for all levels – from beginners to experienced yogis.
Do I need to register for Yoga?
Yes, please register at the reception by the evening before to secure your place.
What type of Yoga is practised?
Our Yoga programme includes gentle flows, breathing exercises and meditation – ideal for relaxation and renewed energy.
Do I need to bring my own Yoga mat?
No, Yoga mats and cushions are provided free of charge for your use.
In the interest of all guests, dogs are only allowed in specified areas and rooms. Please inform us at the time of your booking if you are bringing a dog with you. The price per dog per day is €29.00 (without food).
Please note that we will fully charge for any damages caused by your pet. There is also an additional charge for extra room cleaning. Please understand that pets are not allowed in our new suites.

Is carpet suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes, carpeting is even more suitable for allergy sufferers than smooth floors!
- Free use of the regional bus lines with stop in the village
- Free use of all Kaiserjet buses, hiking buses and lake buses in summer with stop in the village
- Free use of the Wanderbus Söll - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday until October 6, 2024. The bus stop is a three-minute walk from the hotel and it runs three times in the morning and three times in the afternoon
- Free use of the ski buses from the hotel and country house to the Söll mountain railway, with the bus stop right in front of the hotel
- 10 % discount on ski rental in winter and bike rental in summer
- Valid for all bookings made directly or via the Wilder Kaiser tourist board
- Registration for the shuttle is possible up to 72 hours before arrival at the tourist office. Please note the TVB opening hours from Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00. Book station shuttle online.
