We like to look further afield and seek inspiration from around the world. Our kitchen team are creative and want something special. They combine the spirit of faraway lands with the best of the region. They perform their magic daily creating small masterpieces on the plates of guests, which impress with their full flavour.
Real enjoyment should also be sustainable, therefore we use as many regional products as possible for the preparation of our food. With our traditional Tyrolean dishes we produce culinary delights, and serve our guests the best from the region. Look forward to a daily changing choice of menus with 5 courses.
